London - Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho's name will go into the World Record Book, or usually known as the Guinness Book of World Records, in this 2016 edition.

As a figure of world football's top coaches, the fourth record is not far away from profession Mourinho after he won eight league titles in four countries, a series of domestic League and double Champions League.

Record Mourinho, who also once worked with FC Porto, Inter Milan and Real Madrid, it is:

• The Most points in a season Premier League (95) 
• Highest number of Champions League titles with different clubs (two) 
• The youngest manager to reach 100 Champions League (49 days and 12 days) 
• The most unbeaten home games in the Premier League (77).

Certificate from record Mourinho is also accepted in the form of a plaque which he will display at Chelsea's training ground in Cobham.

"It's nice they gave awards in the form that I can plug in the office," said Mourinho told Chelsea's official web page.

"This is something that is fun and during kid I never imagined that one day will enter the Guinness Book of Records. You know I like what, the awards are for something that I have achieved in the past and certainly fun, but most importantly for me is what I can do in the future, "he said.
