London - Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger, said that if the process of Danny Welbeck injury recovery goes well. Likewise with Jack Wilshere.
Welbeck suffered a knee injury that required sidelined for several weeks. He had not have appeared in the Community Shield match and the first three games of the Premier League.
Meanwhile, Wilshere suffered an ankle injury in his left leg. The injury got a few days before the Community Shield match. Impact, Wilshere is expected to be pulled over a month.
In a press conference ahead of the match against Newcastle United on Thursday (08/27/2015), Wenger revealed that the process of recovery, both players were running smoothly. Both are expected to return to play after the international break.
"Danny Welbeck recovery process runs smoothly. If all goes well, he was able to play after the international break," Wenger said on the club's official website.
"Jack Wilshere is not far from Welbeck, maybe a week after the international break he could return to full training again," said the French manager.
As reported by the official website of FIFA, the nearest international calendar took place from 31 August to 8 September 2015. After this weekend against Newcastle on Saturday (08/29/2015), Arsenal will play again on Saturday (12.09.2015) against Stoke City.
