London - English League Cup Third round directly presenting the prestigious duel between Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal. Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is confident his side can put aside rivals.
The match marks the first North London derby in 2015-2016 when the Gunners visit to White Hart Lane on 23 September 2015.
"It is an interesting lottery," said Wenger on the club's official website. "We have a hot competition with Tottenham over the years even in the League Cup."
"It will be an interesting match but for us this is an opportunity to qualify and we will undergo this competition seriously," he continued.
Arsenal won the last five North London derby against Tottenham. But Arsenal could have won only once in his last five visits to the Spurs, three defeats and a draw.
