Berahino Suggested Not To Stop Play After sharing on Twitter

London - Chief Executive of England's Professional Footballers Association (PFA) Gordon Taylor suggested the players West Bromwich Albion (WBA) Saido Berahino not to breaking down play after failing to move to Tottenham Hotspur in the summer transfer window.

He also said the PFA ready to mediate between West Brom with Berahino after English players aged 22 years it sharing into Twitter will not play again for the Baggies under the direction of chairman Jeremy Peace, who reportedly rejected four bids from Spurs for him, including two of them in the last day of the transfer market.

"The players know that his contract had ended then they have the right to move, but if he is under contract then there are other factors involved and it can not be underestimated," Taylor said in Reuters.

"For the players always better to continue playing. When the situation is difficult, there are things that are sometimes spoken and contracts it goes both ways, but the players need to play and keep fit."

"Hopefully, he also has international future, so for the sake of the player and his club is also our hope that this situation can be resolved properly," he wished.

Berahino, who last month filed a request to be transferred, given the time until the beginning of next week to consider his position by the club and is expected to hold talks with manager Tony Pulis in the near future. Berahino has also been sidelined by Pulis in the past few games West Brom.

"That young man and sometimes there are words that are later regretted. Now the era of social media and there are a lot of our young players are expected to be more grown-up again when they are still young and sometimes can vent emotions," said Taylor.

"People are so disappointed and sometimes, in moments of reflection, there are things that do not need to be known to the public and we hope there will be better understanding of the situation."

"We have approached the club, in the past we have handled similar problems with them, and offered to help resolve the problem for the benefit of the club and the player. We are ready to help the problem if needed and I hope that does not need to be," he said.
